Crain’s Detroit selects only the top business professionals to be a part of their annual 40 Under 40 list.  Wireless Toyz CEO Joe Barbat has had the opportunity to be selected by Crain’s for membership and attributes the recognition to the outstanding performance of the employees and franchisees at Wireless Toyz.

“Without the full involvement of the employees, franchisees, and supporting staff on our team this would not have been possible.  I truly appreciate their commitment and am excited to help make their futures a complete success,” said Barbat.

How 40 Under 40 Membership Is Selected

On a yearly basis, Crain’s Detroit identifies men and women in the business and nonprofit community who have achieved solid business success before the age of 40.  Some members have started successful companies, others have found success at established businesses or have taken nonprofits and made them stronger.

Several hundred people are nominated for membership in the “40 Under 40” each year.  However, the selection process for achieving membership involves the investigation and review of extensive information about the careers and community activities of each nominee by a select panel of judges with professional achievement being the most important qualification.

What Others Have To Say About Joe Barbat

“Being a guy, Jay was into electronics. And I’d had some experience in sales, with print ads and mortgages. So when we discovered Wireless Toyz, it was the perfect fit. We both loved the idea of one-stop shopping for all your wireless needs, and the supreme dedication to customer service. Even better than that, though, was that we had a tremendous supposrt system while being given the sort of liberty that other franchises don’t always have.”
